Our self-paced course covers approximately 6 weeks of easy movement and exercise that you can choose to do as an isolated program or sneak into your daily movements.

Our goal is for you to confidently return to your regular activities at home and work, which is why we designed this course for moms who are anywhere from day 1 to 6 weeks postnatal. We also believe this course will benefit moms who are in their third trimester up to 3 months postnatal. Note, this course is designed for women after vaginal birth.
