Welcome to Movement with Moms!
We are two Athletic Therapists who began working together in early 2020 with the goal of gathering and creating content to help educate and empower women before, during, and after pregnancy.
Right now, our online school content is focused on the postpartum period, so if you're looking for postpartum exercise and movement guidance, take a look at our courses.
If you're looking for information during pregnancy, check out the links to our friends at the bottom. We want you to have resources and support for every step of your journey!

Certified Athletic Therapists
Don't let the Athletic Therapist title fool you, because we're not just meant for athletes. We are movement based therapists and if you have muscles, you're our kind of human!
You can do it!
Your body is built to recover with or without us. We are here to offer guidance to anyone looking for some extra help along the way.
Movement & Exercise After Cesarean Birth
Those who are looking for movement guidance, scar tissue softening, and skin sensation recovery after cesarean birth, we have you covered!
NOTE: You do not need to have done Course 1 to take Course 2, etc.
Mini-Courses
If you're looking for a little help with pain management or cesarean scar tissue movement, we have mini-courses! These courses are excerpts from our in-depth 6-week courses.
Movement & Exercise After Vaginal Birth
Those who are looking for specific movement guidance after vaginal birth, want to return to sport and play, or simply want to know more, we have you covered.
NOTE: You do not need to have done Course 1 to take Course 2, etc.
Self-Treatment
During and after pregnancy aches and pains may crop up. Our courses include self-care techniques for some much-needed TLC.
Diastasis Recti, Prolapse, and Incontinence
In our clinical practice, we frequently hear questions such as, "I see this doming at my stomach when I sit up. Is that bad?"
We've included information on these topics so you can make informed decisions and move with confidence.
Pain Between the Shoulder Blades?
We understand you are going to be in certain positions more often than usual, especially during early parenthood (holding and feeding baby).
It's inevitable and it's ok, we'll give you some movements to balance that baby feeding posture.
